Everyone is talking about summer this week and all the endless possibilities as most of the schools are wrapping up business for the rest of the summer. Summer break is all I have been hearing about and nothing excites me more than sleeping in, lounging by the pool and taking in the many parks that my area has to offer. My kids and l love park days so what is better than bringing in the summer fun and “squeezing” the day than having a picnic and play date at the park while enjoying one of our favorite recipes, Lemonade and Lime Jello!
Make sure you are prepared for your park day with drinks and snacks because the kids will play like crazy and want to sit down for a little much needed break. I like to pack some sort of low calorie snack (like jello) and their favorite juice drink which happens to be lemonade at the moment. Made with love, the new O

Lemonade and Lime Jello Recipe
- Prep Time- 10 Min
- Total Time-3 Hours

- Soak the gelatin in the cold Tampico for 3 minutes.
- Add the hot water and stir until the gelatin is dissolved.
- Add the lemon and lime slices, sugar and stir until the sugar is dissolved.
- Refrigerate until set, about 3 hours, or longer.
